With 15 years of experience as a manager, her background includes sales management, office administration, HR and project management. Kristie excels at all-things-operations - she loves to develop efficient processes and procedures and is a whiz at number crunching. Her work collaboration with Kristin started at Deuce Creative, and they are also lifelong friends.
Laura
Senior Brand + Website Designer
Laura has been a designer for two decades and immersing herself in creative projects for as long as she can remember. Currently specializing in crafting one-of-a-kind logos and visual identities, she loves the magic that happens when a brand comes together. She believes in trusting your intuition — in design and in life — and staying in touch with your creative spirit.
Jess
Brand + Website Designer
Jess is a visual + UIUX designer with a vibrant background. A Fashion Institute of Technology Alum, she received a rigorous creative education that built a foundation for her future work in brand development. Jess prides herself as being a hybrid designer who is always looking to learn new things. Having spent several years as a freelancer, she’s had her hands in everything from illustrating to web development. She is constantly creating and loves the magic of visual storytelling. When she's not designing, you can find her laying in the grass with her pup Scully and a good book.
Callie
Brand + Website Designer
Callie has spent the last ten years working in graphic design at creative studios and for local publications in Austin and DC, and her experience runs the gamut of the design spectrum. Callie’s eye for design and detail-oriented execution are cornerstones of her practice, but forging relationships with clients and colleagues is one of her favorite perks of the job. Outside of the office, Callie hopes you’ll meet her at the cute new restaurant in town or catch the game with her at the neighborhood dive bar.
Henrique
Developer
Henrique is a dynamic web developer passionate about creating engaging experiences in his work. His background is a powerful combination of web development, design, and marketing. For the past six years, Henrique has been creating websites for brands of various sizes and sectors, but seeing the impact of his work in small businesses is what lights him up. And he won’t shy away from a good challenge, especially if it involves learning new things. Outside of the office, you can find him cooking new recipes, watching a good movie, or having a blast with his two dogs.
Mariana
Project Coordinator
Mariana is a marketer with seven years of experience in digital marketing. She began her career as a content manager for national and international brands, which provided her with the expertise to continue growing in the industry. Her passion lies in project coordination, where she excels at bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve goals and helping businesses grow through efficient and optimized processes. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching movies, spending quality time with friends, and visiting her family in Costa Rica.
Sarah
Brand Copywriter
Sarah has written and edited extensively for coaches and therapists, as well as clients like Atlassian, Texas Monthly, RetailMeNot, and WeWork. Her accomplishments include ghostwriting a bestselling new release on Amazon, placing thought leadership articles in Fast Company and Forbes, and serving as a professional in residence at the University of Texas. As a former newspaper journalist, Sarah led coverage of a variety of entertainment and lifestyle topics. She holds an editing certificate from the Poynter Institute and has completed StoryBrand live training. Sarah’s motto as a writer is a quote by Brene Brown: “Clear is kind. Unclear is unkind.”
Karta Elise
Brand Copywriter
Karta Elise is a multi-passionate creative with two decades of devotion to purpose-driven business, and an unabashed zeal for people and the living world. Her shapeshifting career has spanned marketing, ops and people, lending versatility to her copywriting craft. When she’s not serving clients by translating their gifts into impactful copy, she’s likely relishing the upkeep of her 5 ½ years’ unmissed, 2x daily Vedic meditation. Or lighting up local conscious dance floors with her leaderful embodiment. Or coaching relational resilience for couples, teams and communities.
