Bob Dyrda leads Breakthrough Leadership Coaching with a style his own brand language describes as friendly yet astute. His coaching helps leaders get in touch with their true motivations and move past what he calls the Big Four energy blocks, which are limiting beliefs, flawed assumptions, misinterpretations, and the inner critic. By the time he came to DesignGood the work covered both leadership and personal development, and the name and the words around it needed to say both.
A coaching practice built on trust has to earn that trust on the first page. Leaders arrive wondering whether a coach will understand the pressure they are under, whether the support will be tailored to them, and whether the approach will feel gentle enough to be honest with, and a generic leadership message would have answered none of those questions.
We began with the foundational brand language, drawing on how Bob describes his work and the confident, supportive, practical words he chose for it. The final selection gave the practice a clarifier, Leadership & Personal Development Coaching, and Bob picked headline statements he liked, including Insightful Guidance. Tailored Support. Transformative Change. From there we designed the visual identity, wrote and designed the website, and created a branded digital sales tool that carries the same voice outside the site.
Bob now has a brand that explains his coaching in plain words, a website that welcomes leaders who want to grow quietly and thoughtfully, and a sales tool he can send with the same warmth he brings to a session.
