Neuro Colorado is a Denver clinic that offers counseling and neurofeedback to children, teens, and adults, for concerns that range from anxiety, PTSD, and trauma to depression, ADHD, OCD, and disordered eating. Clients can start with counseling, start with brain retraining, or combine the two in a plan built around their needs, and that range of options is one of the clinic's strengths.
It also made the practice hard to describe in a sentence. Neurofeedback is unfamiliar to many people searching for help, and a practice that offers both approaches has to explain each one without making either sound like a lesser choice. The brand needed to feel warm enough for a parent calling about their child and clear enough for an adult who had never heard of brain training.
We built the brand language from how the team talks about their work, starting with the clarifier "Counseling + Neurofeedback" and a statement about walking alongside clients through life's challenges toward freedom and hope. The tone stayed relational, and the teal and clay palette gave the identity a calm, grounded feel that carried across the website, social media, email, a free guide called How to Move Past Feeling Stuck, and printed materials.
The founder's announcement to the Neuro Colorado community described the new site as an easy way to understand neurofeedback, therapy, and the opportunity of using both, with a design that suits a relational brand. Clients now meet one cohesive practice from the first search to the first session, and the team has language that finally sounds like them. The founder has since sold the practice, and the project remains in our portfolio to show the brand we created.
