Professional business strategist and coach Natalie Eckdahl had a well-established business by the time she considered rebranding. As founder and CEO of BizChix, Natalie had made a name for herself and her company through two successful podcasts and a thriving coaching business designed for ambitious women entrepreneurs. But the BizChix website was outdated and difficult to navigate, and the brand identity hadn’t been revisited since the early days of the business. Most importantly, potential clients were often confused about which of the BizChix programs to join, which meant a lot of unnecessary time spent answering FAQs – and the very real possibility of lost revenue.
In rebranding, Natalie wanted to elevate her brand and website to reflect her success – and the success clients have achieved in working with BizChix. Our work started with helping Natalie get clear on the specific audiences BizChix serves and crafting brand language and website copy that speaks to service-based business owners. We created a new, elegant take on the BizChix “chick” logo and threaded a sophisticated visual identity system throughout an easily navigable new website, which provides easy access to both podcasts. The addition of a “Start Here” page gives site visitors a way to self-identify and easily select the program that will suit them best. As a woman-owned small business, DesignGood fully supports Natalie’s mission to help women entrepreneurs prosper.
