Seasons Leadership Program
As seasoned executives, Debbie Collard and Susan Ireland have firsthand experience with the unique challenges female leaders face. As professional leadership coaches, they wanted to provide other women with the kind of guidance they wished for in their own careers. Their Seasons Leadership Program goes beyond the weekend workshop to provide motivated, professional women with an integrated, yearlong experience designed for personal and professional growth. The program includes inspiring workshops, individualized coaching, personality assessments, personal branding – and membership in a community of rising female leaders.
As a female-founded company, Debbie and Susan's approach made perfect sense to us here at DesignGood. Their focus on purposeful work is exactly what makes a high-vibe brand. We created the Seasons visual identity and four-part logo system, and helped Debbie and Susan clarify their offering and hone their messaging. In addition to their website design and copywriting, we designed their sales tools, letterhead and social media imagery. Just as with the Seasons Program itself, we designed it all "for a lifetime of growth."
