As a Development Coach and Founder of Iconic Leadership Coaching, Courtney Kaplan helps designers and creative executives cultivate growth, generate results and create happy lives and careers. Working with designers for over 20 years in the technology industry, she utilizes conscious communication and mindfulness to help her clients recognize and develop their own innate leadership style.
Courtney needed the right team to translate that vision into a brand. Inspired by the juxtaposition of nature and the modern world - moved by plants, nature, the night sky and the magic of the California redwoods - we developed a visual identity and brand voice that enveloped her coaching style with the elements of transformation and the mystery that connects all things.
