Susan Ireland brings more than 30 years of business operations and program management experience to her role as a transformational coach and business consultant. As a longtime business operations executive with Boeing, she knows what it takes to navigate the complexities of a large global organization – and what it's like to be the only woman leader in the room.
When we met Susan, she was ready to take her coaching and consulting business to the next level. We helped Susan clarify her services as a coach and consultant, and wrote foundational brand language and website copy that conveyed Susan's unique value proposition in driving transformation for her clients. Our work included a unique visual identity that's congruent with the brand identity for Seasons Leadership, a business Susan shares with co-coach Debbie Collard.
