Diana Zatynaychenko has traveled the world on her own, and she found she had a gift for helping other women plan solo trips of their own. When she realized she could build a business around that, she asked DesignGood to guide her in building her brand and her business.
A business like this begins with a person and an idea, and the first task is giving both a name and a voice. Her clients are women who feel the pull toward solo travel and the fear that comes with it, and they would be deciding whether to trust a stranger with one of the most personal trips of their lives.
We started with the brand language. Together we landed on the name Awakened Solo Travels, the clarifier Modern Trip Planning & Guidance for Women, and the statement Navigate the world, find freedom, and evolve. The positioning speaks to women who are tired of making excuses, letting fear stop them, and waiting for others to see the world, and it describes personalized trip planning, customized itineraries, and mindset coaching in a warm, casual, and dependable voice. We then built the visual identity, the website, and the copy, along with sales and outreach tools and branded email marketing, including a starter kit lead magnet that gives a first-time traveler a five-step plan.
Today Diana has a business with a name and a voice that sound like her, and a website where a woman can learn how the planning works, fill out a travel questionnaire, and take her first step toward the trip she has been putting off.
