Lauren Going brought more than two decades of clinical and consciousness-based experience to a moment of rebuilding. She had recently stepped away from a previous practice and was building Expand your Self Wellness as a new home for integrative therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic support and integration, with a team of clinicians beside her.

A practice in this field is read closely by two audiences at once. Clinicians look for rigor, and clients look for safety, and ketamine-assisted work is still new enough that people arrive wanting to know it will be ethical, well guided, and grounded in care. We worked from her own language. It is a brand built to grow with her reputation as an author, speaker, and trainer, and to meet the people who find it with clarity and care.
