Brand & Website Design for a Weight-Inclusive Nutrition Practice

Sage Wisdom Nutrition

Sophia Tasler, RDN, CD, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Certified Body Trust® Provider, came to DesignGood ready to build a brand around trauma-informed, weight-inclusive nutrition counseling, work rooted in helping people reconnect with their body's own cues instead of another diet. Her practice serves individuals across Washington State and beyond, along with the parents, caregivers, and practitioners who lean on her expertise in eating disorder care and body trust.

We built Sage Wisdom Nutrition's brand language and positioning, identity, and website to carry that same compassion into every page, so someone arriving after years of dieting or disconnection feels the calm, steady voice of the practice before she ever books a first session.

Who This Brand Was Built For

We build brands for registered dietitians and nutrition practitioners building a practice around a specific clinical philosophy, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, or intuitive eating aligned care, serving clients who have been dismissed, told their labs look normal, or exhausted by years of dieting. Sage Wisdom Nutrition's brand had to protect Sophia's clinical integrity while speaking directly to someone ready for a different kind of care.

What Changed for Sage Wisdom Nutrition

Sophia Tasler is licensed across six states and trained specifically in intuitive eating and Body Trust®, credentials that put her in a small, specific category of weight-inclusive nutrition practitioners. That specificity was the risk going in. Weight-inclusive and trauma-informed care has gone from rare to crowded, and most practitioners in the space now lean on the same handful of words, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, intuitive eating, until none of them mean anything distinct anymore. A brand that played it safe inside that category would have made Sophia harder to find, not easier.

We built Sage Wisdom Nutrition's brand language and positioning around what actually makes Sophia different inside that category, a clinician who treats eating disorder recovery, chronic illness, and the inner critic as one interconnected picture instead of three separate referrals. The website carries that same care all the way through, from the home page to the FAQ, so someone arriving after years of dieting or feeling dismissed by another provider recognizes a different kind of practice before she ever fills out an intake form.

The result is a brand that protects Sophia's clinical integrity instead of softening it for a wider audience. A prospective client, or a referring provider, can tell within seconds this isn't another generic wellness site. It's a practice built around the exact combination of training that makes Sophia the right fit for the specific kind of client who has already tried everything else.
