A New Voice

At A New Voice, Rebecca Pancoast provides experiential, body-centered therapy to help clients become agents of change in their own lives.

Using the framework of Interpersonal Neurobiology and the tools of Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), Rebecca guides clients in learning to witness, heal, and integrate the beliefs and experiences that brought them to therapy, as they discover new confidence in themselves. In addition to IFS, Rebecca incorporates Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), Sand Tray Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and the Safe and Sound protocol into her therapeutic approach. Providing a range of specialized techniques enables Rebecca to work with experienced clients who are ready to delve into a deeper process of self-discovery and self-trust. Her clients include women, men, and LGBTQIA+ adults, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other neurodiversities.

As a consultant, Rebecca helps other therapists deepen their understanding of the neuroscience and application of experiential therapies. With specializations in Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), dissociation, and chronic illness, she helps clinicians explore new ways to treat complex cases they may previously have turned away, and support their clients at every stage of healing. A licensed professional counselor in the State of Texas, Rebecca offers in-person and virtual therapy and clinical consultation from her home base in Austin, in addition to focused clinical groups and therapy intensives.
