Inner Atlas

Inner Atlas Therapy offers an integrative approach to psychotherapy to address the complex concerns of trauma, sex and intimacy, relationships, disordered eating, and substance use. As a practice, they consider the whole of the human experience, including the body, mind, and spirit, and the social systems that contribute to health and wellness. Through individual and couples therapy, they help their clients understand how their past experiences influence their present cycles and symptoms, and invite them to explore new paths that lead them back to themselves and one another.

Inner Atlas founder Cassie Krajewski is an established expert in her field, holding advanced credentials as an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and Certified Therapist, licensed addiction counselor, and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. A highly skilled and intuitive mental health professional, Cassie grounds herself in the framework of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) throughout her areas of practice, in combination with principles from attachment theory, anti-oppressive practices, polyvagal theory, ego state therapy, and the latest findings in neuroscience. As an EMDR consultant, she provides expert training for therapists who are new to the practice or advancing their skills and areas of specialization. At Inner Atlas, Cassie creates a nurturing and compassionate environment where clients and therapists alike can awaken inner resources and use this wisdom for healing and growth.
